Assistants covered

Otterly includes ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Perplexity and Microsoft Copilot on every plan. Gemini and Claude are add-ons: Gemini is $9, $59 or $149 a month and Claude $29, $109 or $439, depending on the plan.

citecheck asks ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek, Meta AI and Qwen on every paid plan. It does not cover Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot or Google AI Overviews.

Price for ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini

ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are the assistants both can cover. On Otterly that takes the Gemini and Claude add-ons: $67 a month on Lite ($29 + $38) or $357 on Standard ($189 + $168). On citecheck they are included from $29 a month, and the free plan asks all three.

How citecheck measures

citecheck scores only the assistants that searched the web for their answer, and reports the ones answering from training data beside the score, never in it. Tracked runs ask every question five times on every assistant, and a failed call is left out rather than counted as absent. How it works has the details.

When Otterly is the better fit

If you need Perplexity, Microsoft Copilot or Google AI Overviews, Otterly covers them and citecheck doesn't. Otterly also offers a free trial and an Enterprise plan for 1,000 or more prompts.
